The process and the legalities
We’ll analyse your site and let you know if or how we can partner with you. We are very flexible with how we structure projects, and will only present proposals that have the potential to generate significant financial or lifestyle benefits to you the land-owner. We want you to be very happy with the outcome.
The proposed project and structure will be carefully explained so that you can decide if you wish to proceed, or if you would like to see some changes to the proposal.
We provide the necessary legal agreements to protect both parties. We’ll even meet with your legal counsel to explain the structure of the project so that they can review the agreements and advise you from an informed position.
MLC manages the entire process for you, and keeps you informed throughout the project.
