Past & Current Projects

Some of the projects that MLC and its directors have undertaken in different capacities are listed below:

Westbourne Fields
This was a 254 lot residential subdivision located on Sayers road in the popular growth corridor of Tarneit.

Craigieburn Heights
we bought 33 acres of land outside the UGB, brought it inside the UGB in 2005 and currently planning an industrial subdivision on it.

Beveridge Gardens
we bought 46 acres of land outside the UGB, and are currently in the process of bringing it inside the UGB. This will be a 280 lot residential subdivision.

Eagle Park
this is a small 73 lot residential subdivision in Melton. For more information go to www.EaglePark.com.au.

Findon Road
this is a commercial/residential project based in South Morang. We are planning to build a state of the art Aged Care Facility, a Medical Centre, medium density housing and private soccer playing fields.

Walls Road Development
this is a 120 lot residential subdivision in the heart of one of the fastest growing growth corridor that is Wyndham Vale. We carried out this project as a Joint Venture with the land owner.

Tarneit - 30 lots
Tarneit – 30 lot residential subdivision. MLC is working in the capacity of a project manager for this development

Tarneit WIC
MLC is also project managing the not-for-profit WIC’s community centre development in Tarneit, VIC.
